We offer courses in cake baking and decorating, sugarcraft,  desserts and more. Our classes are hands-on. Our teaching methods demystify baking and decorating,  making it easy to understand. We help our students appreciate the fact that baking is a science as well as an art. They develop the basic skills which give a solid foundation to build upon. A large number of our students have gone on to establish successful businesses of their own and are doing great.
